First Public Notice of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the 50,000-Ton High-End Coatings Project of Xinlihua (Tianjin) Coating Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4, “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” and in order to promote and standardize public participation in the environmental impact assessment of this project, the following information regarding this project is hereby announced to all relevant units and the general public: (1) Project Overview Project Name: Wushan High-End Coatings Project of Xinlihua (Tianjin) Coating Co., Ltd. Project Type: New Construction Construction Site: East of Haigang Road and south of Fugang Road, Nangang Industrial Zone, Tianjin Economic‑Technological Development Area Project Scope: The project covers an area of 37,904 square meters, with a total floor area of 29,109 square meters. Major facilities to be constructed include production workshops, raw material and finished product warehouses, a raw material storage tank farm, and associated ancillary infrastructure.
