Pursuant to the Order of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment The In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 4 of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, and in order to promote and standardize public participation in the environmental impact assessment of this project, the following information regarding this project is hereby announced to all relevant units and the general public:

Project Name: Xinlihua (Tianjin) Coating Co., Ltd. 50,000-Ton High-End Coatings Project
Project Type: New Construction
Construction Site: East of Haigang Road and south of Fugang Road, Nangang Industrial Zone, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area.
Project Scope: The project covers an area of… The project covers a land area of 37,904 square meters and a total floor area of 29,109 square meters. It will primarily comprise production workshops, raw‑material and finished‑product warehouses, a raw‑material tank farm, as well as supporting environmental protection and utility facilities. Key equipment includes resin production lines, coating production lines, boiler systems, and associated environmental control devices. Upon completion, the facility is expected to achieve an annual output of 50,000 tons of high‑end coatings and 20,000 tons of resins.
